Depo-Masteron E is an anabolic/androgenic steroid. It is known to be highly androgenic and mildly anabolic. It is incapable of aromatization and has similar properties to dihydrotestosterone. It has been successfully used as a breast cancer drug but because of the high risk of virilization safer options are prescribed. Depo-Masteron E is not clinically used for weight gain (as is common with most steroids), so this makes it a very unique steroid from that perspective.

Since Depo-Masteron E is already a synthetic DHT, Proscar would have no impact on the level of androgenic effects. Men with a receding hairline or those with a predisposition for baldness may therefore wish to stay away from Depo-Masteron E completely, as the potent androgenic effect of Depo-Masteron E can easily accelerate this condition.
