Drostan-P is an injectable steroid which contains 100 mg of Drostanolone Propionate, a dihydrotestosterone derivative of testosterone that has powerful androgenic effects and moderate anabolic effects. Drostan-P is used by athletes to obtain hardness and sharpness of their muscles. It is commonly made the part of pre-contest events or is used in off-season program for adding new muscles while retaining the already formed ones. Masteron promotes no water retention and it is not toxic to the liver. The active life of the compound is about 2-3 days.

The typical dosage for male bodybuilders is 300- 600 mg per week and 100-300 mg per week for female athletes. Drostan-P can be stacked with steroids such as Primobol, Oxandrolone, Stanozolol, Parabolan, and Testosterone compounds. The average length of a cycle using Drostan-P is 8-10 weeks. 

Drostan-P can cause women to develop more male characteristics such as a deepening of voice and increased body hair. In men, the drug can lead the loss of body hair and enlargement of the prostate gland as well as increased aggression, unsafe increases in cholesterol levels, high blood pressure, acne, and liver damage.
