Ultima-Cialis is indicated for the treatment of erectile dysfunction. Tadalafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor. It works by helping to increase blood flow into the penis during sexual stimulation. This helps you to achieve and maintain an erection.
Take Ultima-Cialis exactly as your doctor prescribes. For most men, the recommended starting Ultima-Cialis dose is 10 mg. Cialis should be taken no more than once a day. Some men can only take a low dose of Ultima-Cialis because of medical conditions or medicines they take. Your doctor will prescribe the dose that is right for you.
Ultima-Cialis can cause your blood pressure to drop suddenly to an unsafe level if it is taken with certain other medicines such as nitrates and alpha–blockers, and recreational drugs that contain nitrates called “poppers”. A sudden drop in your blood pressure could cause you to become dizzy, faint, or have a heart attack or stroke. Until you are certain how you are affected by Ultima-Cialis, use caution when driving or operating heavy machinery. Ultima-Cialis contains some lactose and should not be taken by patients who are lactose intolerant. Also, during treatment you should avoid grapefruit juice.
Taking Ultima-Cialis with grapefruit juice can increase your chances of experiencing undesirable side effects. If you are taking medications with nitrates or nitric oxide, have uncontrolled blood pressure (high or low), or if you have a history of stroke or heart attack do not take Cialis.
Take the missed dose as soon as you remember it. However, if it is almost time for the next dose, skip the missed dose and continue your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed one.
As stated earlier, Ultima-Cialis is a potent drug that affects on the biochemical processes in the body, therefore some side effects are likely. However none of them should be easily dismissed. Ideally the patient should not suffer from any side effects. If at all any symptoms are observed, Ultima-Cialis should be stopped and due medical advice needs to be taken immediately. If patient experiences a sudden tingling in the chest or a pain or giddiness, and a numb feeling during sexual intercourse then it is a cause for worry. This indicates intolerance to Ultima-Cialis and a doctor should be consulted immediately.
Following are other major side effects that can occur: swelling of limbs, numb sensation, heaviness in the chest accompanied by pain in the shoulder and arm region, uneasiness and nausea-like feeling, problems related to eyesight, any changes in hearing abilities, experiencing some sounds in the ears.
